Can I start with an illustration?
Yes. You can start from a sketch, a reference image or a written description, and we develop a pattern and sample from it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom plush orders from just 50 pieces per design.
How long does sampling take?
Pre-production samples in about 7 working days.
Can you reproduce the approved sample in production?
Yes. The approved sample becomes the production reference, and each bulk run is produced and inspected against it.
What files do I need to start?
A sketch or reference image is enough to start. We review what you have and confirm anything else that is needed for sampling.
Do you offer custom labels, logos, and packaging?
Custom branding, labels and packaging can be discussed as part of your project. Specific methods and any quantity limits are confirmed during the initial assessment.
