Artwork Preparation Guide
What to prepare before requesting custom plush — and why unfinished artwork is enough to begin.
To request custom plush, prepare what you already have: artwork or reference images, an approximate size, the intended use and market, an estimated quantity, any material or finishing preferences, and your target timing. You can submit what you have now and fill in the rest during the conversation.

What to prepare
Each item helps us assess the project faster. Missing items can be discussed — none of them blocks a first conversation.
Artwork or reference images
Any sketch, reference photo or character sheet you already have. A finished production file is not required.
Approximate product size
The size you have in mind, even roughly — it shapes materials and pattern work.
Intended use and target market
Retail merchandise, a mascot, a gift or a sample run. This affects materials, labeling and compliance discussion.
Estimated quantity
An estimate is enough to assess the project; it does not lock the order.
Materials or finishing details
If you have preferences for fabric, filling, embroidery or accessories, list them; otherwise we propose options.
Target timing
When you would like samples or goods in hand, so timing can be discussed against the schedule.
What happens after you submit
We review what you sent, note any details that would help and reply with the next step for your project.
- We read your artwork or references for the details that make your character recognizable.
- Anything still open — size, quantity or materials — is confirmed together in the follow-up.
- From there the project moves into pattern development and sampling.
- File formats and technical requirements are confirmed for your specific design during the project assessment.
Sampling fees and the revision policy are confirmed for each project.
