Event & Campaign Plush Manufacturing

Event plush has a hard deadline — the day itself. We front-load the sample approval, plan production working back from the event and coordinate timing so the batch lands before you need it.

How timing works for an event

An event run is scheduled backwards from the date. Custom plush orders from just 50 pieces per design. The approved sample comes first, then the bulk run is planned to complete in time. Mass production typically 30-45 days, depending on style complexity and quantity. Logistics and on-site timing are coordinated during the assessment for your specific event.

What an event run needs confirmed

When there is a fixed date, the sample approval and production schedule have to be built backwards from it.

Planned back from the event date

Sampling and bulk production are scheduled working back from the date you need the plush, so the run is planned around a real deadline.

Sample approval front-loaded

The physical sample is approved early so it does not become the thing that pushes past the event. See the plush sampling process for how approvals run.

Delivery and on-site timing

How and when the batch arrives is coordinated for your event. The specific timing options are confirmed during the initial assessment.

One large batch, produced together

Event quantities are produced as a single batch against the approved sample, so every piece for the campaign matches.

Questions about event and campaign plush

Can you produce custom plush for events and campaigns?

Yes. Event runs are planned working back from the event date: an early approved sample, then a single production batch completed to schedule.

How do you make sure it arrives in time?

The schedule is built backwards from your date and the sample approval is front-loaded. Sampling and production windows are confirmed for the specific project at quote stage.

Can you handle a large one-off batch?

Yes. Event quantities run as one batch produced against the approved sample, with quality control before dispatch.
