Custom Plush Manufacturing Solutions

The same artwork-to-production workflow, organized by what the plush toy is for. Pick the use case closest to your project to see what it needs confirmed.

What are you making it for?

Different uses put different weight on the same workflow — a mascot has to stay recognizable, a promotional run has to hit a cost and a date, a collector piece lives on detail. Every one starts the same way: your artwork, an approved sample, then a consistent production run.

Choose your use case

Six ways custom plush gets made. Each page covers what that use needs confirmed, a matching project and the specifics to check before a run starts.

Questions about choosing a use case

Is the process the same whichever use I am making plush for?

Yes. Every project runs through artwork review, pattern development, an approved sample and bulk production. What changes is what each use needs confirmed — cost, timing, detail or consistency.

Can a project fit more than one of these uses?

It can. A character might work as both a mascot and a retail line. Start with the use closest to your first run; the same approved reference can be reused later.

Do you handle small runs as well as large ones?

Yes. Minimums are set per design, so a focused first run is possible and later orders can scale against the same approved sample.
